About Rasmus

Rasmus is a dedicated, empathetic and curious physiotherapist who places great importance on connecting with his patients on a personal level. He fosters a sense of security and trust by developing a thorough understanding of each individual's pain, injuries and functional limitation. Rasmus has a strong background in both private practice and elite sports. Most recently, he traveled as a physical therapist with the DGI World Team on their global tour, where he managed acute injuries and rehabilitation for elite gymnasts. He has also worked with athletes from sports such as handball and football (FIF Håndbold and BK Vestia).

In his treatment, Rasmus combines effective manual techniques—such as chiropractic manipulations, Muscle Energy Technique (MET), acupuncture, and myofascial release— with targeted rehabilitation, supplementing these with occlusion training and electrotherapy. He is particularly driven by the use of objective data and measurements to visualize improvements in strength and mobility, allowing you to track your progress step by step.

Rasmus has completed all modules offered by the Danish Society for Sports Physiotherapy and stays up to date with the latest courses in areas such as advanced shoulder, hip, and groin rehabilitation.

In his personal life, Rasmus is energetic and active, with a great passion for sports and physical training.
